Excellent quality - looks exactly like the photograph. We asked if it could be reinforced to use as a dressing table seat and they came back and said this could be done at no extra charge. Would definitely buy again from this Company.

I was looking forward to receiving my footstool but when it arrived it was not what I ordered.
I was told it was maybe a fault with my browser. I don't think so! For one evening I tried to get used to it and after resting the heel of my foot on it, it was indented and didn't spring back into shape. Next morning the indentation was still there.
The complaint was accepted, the stool was returned and tne money refunded without any fuss.

It's a nice, well built footstool, but I ordered a different one. When I called to explain it was the wrong footstool, I was told that they no longer made the one I ordered so they sent a replacement instead. I wasn't happy about that but I kept the footstool as it was nice....but not as nice as the one I originally ordered....they should have told me that they didn't make that particular stool anymore.

Checked the size and height of footstool prior to ordering and fits perfectly in our lounge with our leather sofa's. Department stores seem to charge and arm and a leg for additional footstools to be purchased and deciced to buy this item online from yourselves. Nice leather material and made of solid contruction with good quliaty legs fitted. Would highly recommend this product.
