Delivery Information
We take great pride in our customer service and want every customer to be completely happy when their order arrives. Unfortunately, due to issues beyond our control during transit, we are no longer able to deliver to Northern Ireland, as we cannot guarantee items will arrive in perfect condition.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and mainland Scotland).
Delivery Days & Times

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

We use trusted couriers DHL or DPD

Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost — please contact us if you’d like to request this
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order, in line with courier requirements.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Many of our footstools are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is received, please allow 7–14 days for dispatch.
If there are any delays due to stock availability, factory shutdowns or holidays, we’ll always keep you informed with an updated delivery estimate.
Making Changes to Your Order
Need to amend your order? You can request changes (such as delivery address or fabric choice) up until your order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible, as changes may affect delivery times.
