Plush Velvet Footstools FAQs
Our velvet fabric is polyester based, with upright dense piles of fibres that are soft to the touch. This gives it that smooth, shiny surface that looks luxurious in all living spaces.
Handcrafted in the UK with locally sourced and flame retardant materials, our velvet footstools are kind to the environment and they make safe durable household furniture accessories. Velvet is easy to care for and maintain, making your footstool ready for whatever life brings.
We recommend you to clean your velvet footstool regularly with a vacuum upholstery attachment, to remove any build-up of dirt or pet hairs that can cling to the fibres.
If there is a spillage accident, blot clean the area with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing as this may push the stain into the fabric even more. If the spillage is larger, we recommend you use a damp cloth with lukewarm water and try to damp the area as soon as possible to prevent it staining. Leave it to dry naturally for a few hours, and your footstool should be as good as new!
We have a wide selection of colours available in our plush velvet footstools, from soft Fog Grey, Indigo Dark Blue, Mushroom Light Brown, to Burgundy Red and Blush Pink - we have a fantastic range of bold and soft colours to suit all kinds of interiors. You can choose the size and material you want, and then the perfect shade that’s right for you.
Our small velvet footstools measure 340mm wide x 230mm deep with a height of 198mm. They’re a sophisticated and cosy addition to any living room, allowing you to rest your feet without it taking up too much space.
Our large velvet footstools measure 450mm wide with a depth of 330mm and are available in a variety of heights. We understand each and every sofa is different, and everyone has their different preferences when it comes to how high they’d like to rest their feet. That’s why we designed different heights for our large footstools. You can choose from either 264mm, 275mm or 295mm high.
Yes, we offer a completely free of charge fabric sample service so you can understand the look and feel of the fabric before you make your purchase. You can order up to 5 free samples across our entire fabric range. Put your feet up and enjoy a cuppa on us too whilst you take a look at your swatches.
