We ordered and paid for 2 footstools of idential design, and was told to expect delivery in a week or less. One has arrived, but more than 2 weeks later there is no news of the second, despite my chasing. What is happening?

Very pleased with our stools. We closed the real leather in tan colour which mat he'd the wood on our chairs. They are well made and lightweight. Was able to talk to the company and obtain a leather sample. Delivery was in two weeks.

We purchased this stool as a gift for our daughter and she’s absolutely delighted with the quality of product, material and depth of colour. The order process was simple and the price was super-competitive. We did have a slight issue with delivery (through no fault of Footstools Direct) but can honestly say that from initial contact to resolution, the customer service received was commendable! Footstools Direct is certainly a company we will be using again and pleased to recommend.
