Stool is beautiful, but please be more transparent on actual delivery time. Mine was 2 weeks and I emailed twice for an update, it would be nice you kept clients more Informed.

Fantastic service and quality at very competitive price. Following a very helpful chat about the leg options I ordered a stool that arrived in a few days. Well packed to protect the stool in transit and it was in perfect condition. The stool was very well made and leather was wonderful quality, I was delighted with the stool and highly recommend the company.

Fabulous speedy service. Footstool arrived within 3 days. Perfect for what we wanted as present for mum. Sturdy and good quality. We were impressed! We sent for sample swatches beforehand which I would recommend . However though I asked for 1 day delivery they took 10 days to arrive which is the fault of Royal Mail, not the company ,but allow extra time if you're ordering on a deadline.
