Excellent service from Footstools Direct. I ordered samples which came in 2 days. I phoned to make a query which was dealt with in a friendly manner. I ordered cube seats which arrived a week after ordering.

I must've called just as staff were walking in the door, if not not even left thier home yet, but they were still really supportive. We went over what I was after, after my giving a very brief description but they were able to help. When the footstool arrived, I was really impressed as it looks almost identical to the one which needs replacing. At's already in use and my father loved his birthday gift!
