General Maintenance
Over time, dust, debris and hairs can build up on the footstool. To remove these, we recommend using a soft brush attachment from your vacuum cleaner every week or so. If you have pets, you may want to do this more regularly.
If your living room footstool is made from leather, we recommend you use a suitable leather conditioner. While our leathers are premium quality, using leather conditioner can be an extra step in preventing it from cracking.
If your footstool starts to feel a little bit misshapen, gently adjust it to help it stay looking new.
Spillages & Stains
If a spillage occurs, there’s no need to worry! The sooner you tend to the spillage, the better. We recommend that you take a lightly damp cloth with lukewarm water, and treat the stain by blotting the area. Don’t rub spillage as this can push the liquid into the fabrics even more.
Things To Avoid
When removing a stain or cleaning up a spillage on your footstool, do not use any harsh chemicals as they can damage the fabrics even more.
We also recommend that you keep the footstool away from direct sunlight as too much heat or exposure can dry it out even more.
Avoid applying too much pressure on the footstools as they are only designed to handle their weight limits. Too much pressure in one spot of the footstool can create dents and even damage it.
